PRM00 - WCT prescaler mode register
The 8-bit PRM00 register is used to select the “valid edge” of INTWT0UV for
interval measurements.

This register can be read/written in 8-bit or 1-bit units.

All other bits are initialized as zero and must not be changed.
Note
1.
If both edges of INTWT0UV are specified as valid, INTWT0UV interval
measurement is not possible.
2.
Stop the timer before changing ES00[1:0].
