written to the writing data (RWwn+3). The codes and return data are represented in 4-digit hexadecimal
numbers.
When an instruction code No. that is not described in this section is set, an error code (

outside the range set in parameter No.PA19 or a
value outside the setting range of the corresponding
parameter is written. Convert the decimal values into hexadecimal before setting.

Since the value is written to EEP-ROM, the value is
held if power is switched off.
