The instruction codes 0100 to 011D correspond to
the monitor codes 0000 to 001D.
0000h is applied to the instruction code that does

Parameter data reading
Reads the set value of each No. of the parameter
group read with code No.0200h.
The values of the last 2 digits of the code No. are
converted to decimal, and the decimal value
corresponds to the parameter No.
If the instruction code is set outside the range set
in parameter No.PA19, an error code is returned
and the data cannot be read. The value set in the parameter No. corresponding to the requested
parameter group is stored.
