’Measuring Wheel Operating Mode’ is active, but no repositioning by the
measuring wheel occurred.

Check if the measuring wheel fails to turn while the drive encoder
turns.
⇒
If pulses are missing, check the cable connections to the measuring
wheel encoder.
⇒
Eliminate any slip between material and measuring wheel.
⇒
Check the designated direction of the measuring wheel encoder.
⇒
Check the parameter settings for the measuring wheel encoder and/or
the motor encoder.
⇒
Check feed constants.

An override was programmed using the ’VEO’ command. The default is
set by the measuring wheel encoder for Axis 1. The override velocity in
input units (IU) per measuring wheel/per second that has been preset by
the measuring wheel encoder is significantly larger than the possible
maximum velocity of the axis.

Check programming of the ’VEO’ command and, possibly, the ’FOL’
command.

Check the measuring wheel parameters C000 to C004.
