The position control loop signals an excessive position lag (see
Parameter Ax14).

The axis does not execute a started positioning command, because:
1) the encoder cable is not connected
2) the encoder cable is defective or the wrong cable
3) the encoder is defective.
⇒
The cable connection of the analog output is interrupted.
⇒
The encoder resolution programmed in the control (see Parameter
Ax19) is larger than the actual encoder resolution.
⇒
The relationship of maximum velocity/voltage (Parameter Ax12) does
not correspond to the values of the drive controller.
⇒
The selected position monitoring window is too small for the
application. The standard value is 10%.
⇒
The drive cannot reach the velocity command value, because:
1) the motor has too little power
2) the input for acceleration (see Parameter Ax08/Ax09) was set
too high.
⇒
The signal ’Drive1 Controller Enable’ does not reach the drive.

The condition occurs if the axis absolute encoder is not connected, or the
data transmission to the CLM is interrupted or incorrect.
1. The absolute encoder value stored in the Encoder Data
parameter does not correspond to the encoder used on the back
of the axis motor. Verify that the absolute encoder value stored in
parameter corresponds to the absolute encoder value.
2. The axis absolute encoder cable is not connected to the CLM
encoder connector or the axis absolute encoder cable is not
connected to the axis motor.
3. The axis absolute encoder cable is defective or wired incorrectly.
4. The axis absolute encoder is defective.
