When switching the power supply to the CLM on, a check of the set
parameters is completed, as well as a calculation of the resulting values.
During this time, the drives must be disabled. Therefore, the brakes are
only enabled when ’Manual’ or ’Automatic’ Modes are allowed, and Drive
Enable is on.
After Drive Enable is switched on, the brake is enabled with a 200 ms
delay.
In case of a fault or after clearing the Enable signal for the axes, the
brake is immediately disabled.
If the output signal is switched again via external logic, the CLM receives
this information when the axis enable signal is cleared.
In addition, the user-definable outputs can be used for the following start-
up information:
Position reached - Parameter Ax27
Presignalling - Parameter Ax29
Axis homed - Parameter Ax24
Belt load relief active - Parameter Ax30
Velocity reached - Parameter Ax32
Deceleration active - Parameter Ax32
Position lag greater than limit - Parameter Ax14

This output is set after a shutdown situation. A shutdown situation is
present if a power loss or power surge occurs to the 24 V power supply.
In the event of a shutdown situation, an error message is issued by the
CLM or the control goes into E-Stop.
A set output shows that the continuation of the last active program is
possible at the point of interruption.
The output can also be set in Manual Mode. However, a restart is
possible only in Automatic Mode.
