All user-programmable outputs can be cleared via the user-
programmable inputs.
The inputs, if programmed accordingly, can also be used for the following
functions:
Interrupt
- Parameter Ax15
Feed Angle Monitoring - Parameter Ax15
Measuring Wheel Mode - Parameter Ax31
Homing
- Parameter Ax23
Manual Vector
- Parameter B014
Interrupt Vector
- Parameter B015
Belt Load Relief
- Parameter Ax30
There are a total of 88 available inputs.
Outputs
The CLM has 69 outputs .
To attain a high resistance to faults, the output signals from the internal
bus system are galvanically isolated and operated by external voltage.
The maximum selectable current is 80 mA at a maximum of 30V.
The output signals can be categorized into four groups, depending upon
their definitions:
Output Signal
Pre-programmed
User-programmable

Fig. 9-6: Output Signals
All pre-programmed outputs are designated as ’system outputs’ in the rest
of the manual.
