E R R O R
Hex Code for
Axis 1 = 45
A b s . R a n g e
E r r o r X
Axis 2 = 75
Axis 3 = A5
Axis 4 = D5
Values are outside the measuring range of the absolute encoder for Axis
X. The value is less than the encoder value ’0’ or greater than the
maximum number of encoder revolutions (see Parameter Ax19/Ax20).
⇒
Check the set encoder type (single turn or multi turn encoder).
Check the input value for ’Absolute Encoder Data Bits’ in Parameter
Ax20.
Caution: There are two different types of Stegmann encoders, type
AG100MSSI!
1.) AG100MSSI 4096*512 - 21 data bits must be entered in
Parameter Ax20.
2.) AG100MSSI 4096*4096 - 24 data bits must be entered in
Parameter Ax20.
⇒
The maximum number of encoder revolutions is less than the number
set in Parameter Ax19.
E R R O R
Hex Code for
Axis 1 = 46
M i n
T r a v e l
L m t
X
Axis 2 = 76
Axis 3 = A6
Axis 4 = D6
This minimum travel error occurs in Automatic Mode, if the value stored in
the Minimum Travel Limit parameter is exceeded.
1.
The commanded position has exceeded the axis minimum travel
limit.
2.
Verify that the axis minimum travel limit parameter is correct
E R R O R
Hex Code for
Axis 1 = 47
M a x
T r a v e l
L m t
X
Axis 2 = 77
Axis 3 = A7
Axis 4 = D7
This maximum travel error occurs in Automatic Mode, if the value stored
in the Maximum Travel Limit parameter is exceeded.
1.
The commanded position has exceeded the axis maximum travel
limit.
2.
Verify that the axis maximum travel limit parameter is correct.
