Actual position of Axes 3 and 4 in increments
The status query:
? s X _ _ 4 0 _ C R L F
produces the message:
X s 4 0 _ 0 0 0 C 1 4 F A _ 0 0 0 A 3 9 C D _ _ _ _ _ _ _ $ h h C R L F
Actual position of Axis 4 in increments
(hexadecimal)
Actual position of Axis 3 in increments
(Hexadecimal)
The actual position in IU, when using an incremental or absolute encoder,
is calculated as described in the examples for Status ’03.’
Actual position of Axis 1 by reference marker
The status query:
? s X _ _ 4 1 _ C R L F
produces the message:
X s 4 1 _ e v m m m m m m . m m m _ $ h h C R L F
Meaning of the characters used:
e
=
`_´ stands for relative position (not homed)
`A´ stands for absolute position ( axis homed)
v
=
Operational sign of the actual position
m
=
Actual position of Axis 1 in IU
The following message issues the actual position of Axis 1 for the last
raster.
The absolute actual position of Axis 1 is buffered to the raster input with a
leading edge, using the 'SRM' command.
The last saved position can be read out at any time using Status 41.
The attainable accuracy is dependent on the delay between the signal at
the raster input and the position detection by the CLM.
The delay is approximately 0 to 150
