Time Mark Value
These bits determine the compare value for the next
time mark. This value is used for the next compare
action with the cycle time.
If the CAN node is a time master, the reference
message will be sent out when the time mark is
reached (see also TMR.RTO).

This bit determines how the scheduler of a time
master proceeds if the TTCAN node is “in a gap”.

to this RME entry (without respecting a
