The LDA1 IN port requires a power level of –18 to –31 dBm. The LDA1 OUT port 
output level is between –4 and 0 dBm. Use the following procedures to connect 
the two End Terminals:

NOTE:

Clean each jumper connector before attaching it to its port or to a power 
meter. Refer to 

Appendix C, Fiber Cleaning

 if necessary.
