About This Document

How to Use This Manual

Introduction

This manual is divided into several chapters. The chapters are numbered in the
order in which they are to be performed.

This manual is intended ONLY for use in a central office environment in Network
Equipment Building System (NEBS) installations and for installation and testing
performed prior to turnover to central office personnel.
