The 2-line end terminal 1A-RX-THRU is the same except the ODUs are in 
the A slots and the OMUs are in the B slots.

Fiber 
Interconnecting

Four fibers are required for interconnecting each pair of End Terminals. The B-slot 
LDA1 OUT ports of one End Terminal are connected to the respective B-slot LDA1 
IN ports of the other End Terminal, and vice versa.

Possible fiber jumpers are listed in Table 6-37.
