Install List 12 intershelf cables as follows:

Step Action
1 Remove the ED-7G045-20 GR2 termination from the System Controller
Shelf Connector J7 and plug it into Complementary Shelf 1 Connector J7.
2 Install intershelf cables as specified in Table 5-21. Refer to Figure 5-5.
3 Route cables out the left or right side access holes as specified in
Table 5-21. When all the cables have been installed, tie excess cable into
left or right bay frame channels.
4 Upon completion of Table 5-21 interconnections, verify that
ED-7G045-20, GR2 termination connectors are on System Shelf J6 and
Complementary Shelf 1 J7. If missing, install replacement terminations.
These are required for proper system performance.
5 Using the (J69000C-1, List 161) shelf label kit, apply the identification
labels to OT Bay 1 per the following:

LOW to System Controller Shelf
■
MID to Complementary Shelf 1
6 If the system has an OT Bay 2, apply labels in same location as listed for
OT Bay 1 using the (J69000C-1, List 161) shelf label kit.
