Section Orderwire Cable Installation Procedure
Perform the following steps to install the section orderwire cable:

Step Action
1 Route the cable through the left side of the OLS shelf to the section
orderwire equipment. Refer to Figure 5-1 to locate the corresponding
jacks.
2 Connect the section user channel cable to J3, J6, J9, and J12 on the
interconnection panel.
3 Connect the Section Orderwire cable to the Section Orderwire equipment
by cutting the cable to length and wire-wrapping the loose ends onto the
unit.
4 Label the connections that are wire-wrapped.
5 Dress and tie the cable
