This alarm is demoted by a path label mismatch (PLM) such as LP-PLM.

By default, an HP-ENCAP-MISMATCH alarm causes an ML-Series card data link to go down. This behavior
can be modified using the command-line interface (CLI) command

no pos trigger defect encap
