This register can be read/written in 8-bit or 1-bit units.  Bits 7, 6, 4, 3, 1, and 0, however, are fixed to 0, so

writing 1 to these bits is ignored.

Caution When the port mode is specified by the port CS mode control register (PMCCS), the

PFCCS setting becomes invalid.
