This register can be read/written in 8-bit or 1-bit units. Bits 7 to 5 and 2, however, are fixed to 0, so

writing 1 to these bits is ignored.

Caution

When the port mode is specified by the port 4 mode control register (PMC4), the PFC4

register setting becomes invalid.
