Displays the HA Monitor status.
RUN: The service is operating normally.

(4) NTP
NTP
LPAR manager firmware version 58-7X/78-7X or later
Displays NTP status.
SYNC: Synchronization with NTP is successful.
NO SYNC: Synchronization with NTP is not executed.
ERROR: Synchronization with NTP failed.
INACTIVE: Synchronization with NTP is cancelled.
With multiple NTP servers configured, having
synchronized with any NTP server shows SYNC; not
with any NTP server shows ERROR.

(5) Force
Recovery
Forced
recovery
Recovers the System Service when it is not operating
normally.
Note: Operation with Force Recovery should be done
with no activated LPAR. If it is operated with an activated
LPAR, network communication between LPARs is lost
for several minutes. SC/BSM shows that LPAR manager
is deactivated and no error notification is performed.

Displays the physical Baseboard Management
Controller (BMC) status.
RUN: BMC is operating normally.
ERROR: BMC is in the error state.
