The "RX Meas PER " and "RX MeasThroughput" softkeys show the current measure-
ment state. Additional measurement substates can be retrieved via remote control.

The data measurement is being started and stopped in parallel with the end-to-end
data connection (see
chapter 2.2.3, "End to End Packet Data Connections"
on page 19 for details) or via "Reset Statistics" hotkey.
Assign Views (Hotkey) ← RX Meas (Softkey)
To enable a measurement, assign the corresponding view using the configuration dia-
log or the softkey-hotkey combination "RX Meas <meas type>" > "Assign Views". For
details and remote commands see

The "Data" statistics collection is started and stopped with the end-to-end data connec-
tion (see
chapter 2.2.3, "End to End Packet Data Connections"
on page 19 for details)
or via this hotkey.
The "Reset Statistics" hotkey is activated by the "RX Meas" softkey. It clears all statis-
tics for the active measurement. This means that all counters for test packets, frames
etc. are reset to zero, and the calculation of statistical quantities is re-started.
Most session renegotiations will also cause a reset of the statistics counters and a re-
start of the measurements. Moreover, a statistics overflow recognized by the
R&S
CMW will cause a reset of the statistics counters.

RF Settings (Softkey)
The "RF Settings" softkey activates hotkeys that provide convenient access to the
most important RF settings from within the "1xEV-DO RX Measurement" window.
