8 char hex number (32 bits) for session negotiation, provided by the AT. For details

UATI
Unicast Access Terminal Identifier, 8 digit hex, default "n/a" (session negotiation). The
initial UATI assignment and other AT address parameters are specified in the Address
Management Protocol, which is part of the session layer. The AT requests a UATI and
the AN assigns it.
