Returns the values of the channel time offset Q-Signal traces. The results of the cur-
rent, average and maximum traces can be retrieved.
The values described below are returned by
FETCh
and
READ
commands.
CALCulate
commands return limit check results instead, one value for each result listed below.

Time offset in nanoseconds for Reverse Fundamental Channel,
Reverse Supplemental Channel 0, Enhanced Access Channel
and Reverse Common Control Channel.
Range:
