Measurement Timeout
Defines a timeout for the OLTR measurement (in remote operation).
Remote command:
Number of Meas Sequences
Sets the number of measurement sequences within a single OLTR measurement.
Each sequence consists of a power UP or power DOWN step, followed by a power
step in the opposite direction (see "Power Step Direction" below).
Remote command:
Power Step
Defines the size of the power steps, i.e. the increases and decreases in the total BSS
power in the forward link during the OLTR measurement.

Power Step Direction
Defines the direction of the first power step in the forward link within an OLTR mea-
surement. For each subsequent power step the direction is toggled.

Ref Power Interval
Defines the duration of the reference power interval, i.e. the interval that is used to cal-
culate the AT reference power for the subsequent power step. All OLTR power values
are relative to the reference power.

Guard Interval
Defines the duration of the guard intervals, i.e. the intervals succeeding the OLTR eval-
uation intervals and preceding the reference power intervals. This allows for power
convergence of imprecise mobiles that are not able to complete their power adjustment
within the standard 100 ms, which would invalidate the reference power measurement
for the subsequent power step.
