Established call required
The "RX Meas RLP" requires packet data call (SO33) to be established via the signal-
ing application using DAU, see
chapter 4.2.3, "End to End Packet Data Connections" ,
on page 470.
RLP measurement requires options for DAU, see chapter 4.2.3, "End to End Packet
Data Connections" , on page 470.
The RLP results are presented in a table with four different columns containing the
number of RLP frames that R&S
CMW detected:

"Rx": Number of RLP frames received in the last update period
●
"Rx Total": Total number of RLP frames received since the beginning of the PPP
connection
●
"Tx": Number of RLP frames transmitted in the last update period
●
"Tx Total": Total number of RLP frames transmitted since the beginning of the PPP
connection
The update period can be set in the configuration dialog.
The RLP table rows contain the number of RLP frames from the measured RLP mes-
sages:
●
"Data (Unsegmented)": Number of RLP frames received in an unsegmented data
frame.
●
"Data (Segmented)": Number of RLP frames received in a segmented data frame
also known as Protocol Data Unit (PDU).
