Latitude and Longitude
Indicate the geographical position of the base station; should be set to zero if the posi-
tion is not known (default). Both latitude and longitude can be specified with 1/4 arc
seconds granularity.
The geographical position may be used to calculate the distance between base sta-
tions, e.g. for
