Installation Manual

Optical Protection Switch (OPS)

Overview

Description

The Optical Protection Switch (OPS) is a specialized application of WaveStar™ 
OLS 40G and is the primary feature added for Release 3.1. This feature is not 
supported in Release 7, and therefore, this section has been removed. If 
information regarding OPS is required, refer to the latest issues of Installation 
Manual 365-575-344 or 365-575-364.
