Install the fiber jumpers from the WaveStar OLS 40G to the SONET/SDH
equipment by adding the labels then routing the fibers by referring to Figure 6-2,
Figure 6-14, and Table 6-24 through Table 6-25.

CAUTION:
Do not connect either end of the fiber jumper at this times.
