2 Clean and then connect 1A OA OUT to an optical power
meter. Use attenuated test cable if necessary. Test point
1P on Figure 10-2 on page 10-12
3 Verify the OA Output Power by referring to Table 10-4
on page 10-11.
4 Clean and then connect the fiber jumper to 1A OA OUT
and to the outside plant fiber at the LGX. (Test point 1P
on Figure 10-2 on page 10-12). For 7-8 span
applications, place a 3dB LBO on the OA OUT port
before connecting the fiber.
