10. NESERVER application — A Windows 95 application that transfers data
between the CenterLink Management Console software running on the
web browser and the serial port of the PC. This MUST be running for
CenterLink to operate.
11. Personal Web Server Application — A Windows 95 application which
allows the PC to operate as a web server. Needed to execute the JAVA
scripts the CenterLink Management Console software uses.

Installation Using the Software Installation Manager from the CenterLink Management
Console, follow the steps in the table below to install the Network Element
Software:
NOTE:
Do not use the Software Installation Manager that is provided on the
opening page of the NE Management Console. Refer to Figure 8-2.

Step Action Reference
1 Seat the LEA2 SYSMEM circuit pack is seated in the slot
marked SYSMEM.
Requirement: The FAULT LED remains illuminated and
the MJ LED is lit on the alarm panel.
2 Seat the LEA1 SYSCTL circuit pack is seated in the slot
marked SYSCTL.
3 Follow the procedures in the Software Release
Description C109074484 to download the R7 NE
software using the Download Manager.
