Step Action
13 Remove the ED-7G045-20 G2 termination from J7 on the interconnection
panel of the top shelf of Optical Translator #1.
14 Route the P7 end of the ED-7G045-20, G806, 807, or 808 cable through
the left side of the top shelf of Optical Translator #1 to the
interconnection panel.
15 Attach P7 to the J7 CTRL OUT connector on the top shelf of Optical
Translator #1.
16 Route the P6 end of the same cable through the left side of Optical
Translator #2 System Controller shelf to the interconnection panel.
17 Remove the ED-7G045-20 G2 termination from the J6 CTRL IN System
Shelf connector of Optical Translator #2 and attach P6.
18 Route the J15 end of the ED-7G028-22 G803, 804, or 805 cable through
the left side of the OLS shelf and attach to the P15 BUS IN connector.
Refer to Figure 5-1 to locate the connector.
19 Route the P5 end of the same cable through the left side of the Optical
Translator #2 System Controller shelf to the interconnection panel.
20 Attach P5 to the J5 IAO LAN connector on the System Controller Shelf of
Optical Translator #2.
21 Dress and tie the cables.
