Sig. State
This command selects a handover target. The available targets comprise all installed and enabled
GSM networks except the current network. The handover itself is started via the
PROCedure:SIGNalling[:CSWitched]:ACTion HANDover
command.
If GSM400, GSM850, GSM1800, or GSM1900 is the current network and GSM900 is enabled,
GSM900 is used as a default target. If GSM900 is the current network and GSM1800 is enabled,
GSM1800 is the default target. Otherwise the default target is set to
NONE.

defines the measured timeslots in MS multislot mode. It corresponds to the

Analyzer

Connection Control
menu.

Description of command
Sig. State
This command defines the measured timeslot of the MS signal.
Note:
To ensure that the CMU generally measures an occupied timeslot, the Meas. Slot. is set
equal to the main timeslot upon a reset or whenever a connection is set up. In the CEST and
TEST states, the main timeslot and Meas. Slot can be changed independently. In a dual-
band handover, the slot configuration of the target network is activated so that the Meas.
Slot is set equal to the main timeslot of the target network.
