The created backup file is stored in the top directory (folder) of the
USB memory with the file name "emfw.tgz".

IMPORTANT:

If the firmware revision of EM card is Rev.01.XX,

feature to update the firmware through the SIGMABLADE monitor is
not provided. Accordingly, use CLI command to apply the EM
firmware that has been backed up using this feature to the firmware of
which revision is Rev.01.XX.
