Specify the information on the Blade Enclosure. 

 

 

 

Blade Enclosure Name 
Specify the name of the Blade Enclosure. 

NOTES:

   

 

Blade Enclosure Name must be specified by single-byte characters 
including alphanumerics, period, hyphen, and underscore. Up to 32 
characters are accepted. 

 

If nothing is specified for "Blade Enclosure Name", the value stored 
in the Blade Enclosure is read and used. 

 

Blade Enclosure Location 

Specify the location where the Blade Enclosure containing the relevant EM card is 
installed in the unit of "U" counted from the bottom.   

For example, if the Blade Enclosure is installed in the bottom, the location is 1. 
If the Blade Enclosure (6U) is installed between 10 and 15, the location is 10. 

The specified value can be viewed later on the Web Console. (The control feature of EM 
card does not use the value specified here.)
