The backlight of SIGMABLADE monitor does not light.
The backlight of the SIGMABLADE monitor will be automatically turned off if
no button is operated for about 1 minute or longer (shipping default). To change
the setting of the timer, see the section [3. Using Command Line Console Feature]
[Configuration File]
[SIGMABLADE Monitor]
[CFG_EXPRESS_LCD_BACKLIGHT_OFF_TIMER] and set the timer
appropriately.
The keyboard or mouse does not work correctly.
Has the OSD menu been activated?
While the OSD menu is running, keyboard operation is disabled. Use a mouse
instead. Or, press the <Esc> key to exit from the OSD menu.
Are keyboard and mouse connected properly to the connectors on Blade Enclosure?
Check if they are properly connected.
Are keyboard and mouse connected with the CPU blade configured correctly?
Check if they are configured correctly in the CPU blade. Refer to the User's Guide
of the CPU blade.
Are keyboard and mouse applicable to NEC Express server?
Use the keyboard and the mouse applicable to NEC Express server.
Does the EM card work normally?
Check the Status LED on SIGMABLADE monitor. If the EM card is not
connected properly or working normally, the KVM cannot be connected.
While "Legacy USB Support" feature (to make available the USB device in the OS
which does not support USB formally) is enabled, key entry may be suppressed if the
mouse is operated at the same time. Do not use the mouse while the key entry is being
performed.

When the KVM is switched, it may take several seconds until key entry to the CPU
blade becomes valid.
