iSCSI
Assigns iSCSI offload protocol to each PF. Up to two PFs can be assigned per one port.
NOTES:
If NIC Partitioning is enabled for the device to be used for PXE
boot, you need to assign Ethernet protocol to the top PF(*) of the
port used for PXE boot.
If NIC Partitioning is enabled for the device to be used for iSCSI
boot, the following protocol must be assigned to the top PF(*) of the
port used for iSCSI boot.
– iSCSI offload protocol when HBA Boot Mode "Enabled" is
selected in iSCSI Boot Configuration
– Ethernet protocol when HBA Boot Mode "Disabled" is selected
in iSCSI Boot Configuration
(*)Top PF means PF0 if 10G 2ch port 1 is used, and PF1 if port 2 is
used. Top PF means PF0 if 10G 4ch port 1 is used, PF1 if port 2 is
used, PF2 if port 3 is used, and PF3 if port 4 is used.
Bandwidth Weight
–
[N8403-062(F)/064(F)/082(F)/083(F)/095(F)/096(F)]10G(2ch) and
[N8403-065(F)/067(F)/084(F)/085(F)/097(F)/098(F)]10G(2ch) is selected:
Specify the Bandwidth Weight for each PF. The total value of Bandwidth Weight for
one port (4 PFs) must be 100(%) or 0 (%). If 0 (%) is specified as a total value, it is
equal to the case when 25 (%) is assigned to each PF.
–
When [N8403-049(F)/051(F)/099(F)/100(F)]10G(4ch) is selected:
Specify the Bandwidth Weight for each PF. The total value of Bandwidth Weight for
one port (2 PFs) must be 100(%) or 0 (%). If 0 (%) is specified as a total value, it is
equal to the case when 50 (%) is assigned to each PF.
Maximum Bandwidth
Specify the Maximum Bandwidth for each PF. Specify the value between 1 and 100 (%).
