Apply Boot Config
When you click the [Apply] button on Select Boot Configuration menu, the selected boot config is
applied to the blade slot.
In the example above, "No.05 Legacy" will be applied to the blade slot #2, and "No.07 HW-RAID"
to #5.
NOTES:
The selected boot config is applied to each slot which is NOT
marked with an asterisk.
Clicking the [Apply] button just updates the correspondence
between boot configs and blade slots. At POST (Power On Self
Test), BIOS updates the boot parameters and vIO Information using
the applied boot config. It is after POST that blade server operates
with the applied boot config.
Clicking the [Reset] button after the boot config is applied will not
restore the earlier setting.
If only the "Blade Priority" is specified, the Result field shows
"Please (re)boot". However, it is not a problem because the setting
you have made is surely applied.
If you reset the BIOS settings of the CPU blade after applying the
boot config, apply default config and then reapply the boot config.
