5.2.7.12 Setup Imaging with Airyscan

Activation
•
To activate the Airyscan detector, tick the ChA
checkbox in the beam path (Fig. 118).
•
Make sure to set the filter wheel for internal
and external detectors to a plate position or a
dichroic which transmits the required
wavelengths.
Mirror, Emission Filters
•
Select an emission bandpass filter according to
the dyes you need to detect in single track or
multitrack acquisition mode (Fig. 119).
