Display Negative Values
shifts the offset such that also negative values are displayed as a greylevel
above zero.
Subset Length (Frames)
allows to define subsets of time series and have a value processed for each
subset. This might be helpful for the analysis of time series with a high number of frames.

The resulting output image using these settings is shown in the Preview tool and the Preview View
tab in the image container.

Click
Apply
to process the image series. For each input channel, the analysis produces three output
channels: The original intensity image, I, the Number image, N, and the Brightness image, B or, if
selected, the Number image n and the brightness image e.

Use the
Coloc
View Tab to display the result as a scatter plot where either the Number or Brightness
image is plotted against the intensity image.
•
The table shows the mean number or brightness value along with the mean intensity value of the total
image or a selected area. This allows for example to distinguish between regions where molecules are
present as monomers or dimers.
