SPEED CALLING OVERRIDE - SYSTEM
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This service feature allows a station with restriction on outgoing and/or certain miscellaneous trunk
calls by the station CLASS OF SERVICE - INDIVIDUAL to place such calls by using the prefixed digits
(abbreviated call code) registered beforehand in SPEED CALLING - SYSTEM. A station may use this
feature if it has been assigned the appropriate Service Feature Class (SFC).
STATION APPLICATION
All stations
OPERATING PROCEDURE
1. Lift the handset or depress the
Speaker
key on D
term
and receive Dial Tone.
2. Dial the SPEED CALLING - SYSTEM access code (one or two digits) or depress the SPEED CALL-
ING - SYSTEM feature access key (one touch key on D
term
).
3. Dial the abbreviated call code (two or three digits).
4. If the station is allowed this call, converse when the party answers; if not, the station will hear Reorder
Tone.
SERVICE CONDITIONS
1. This service is not applicable for outgoing calls using OUTGOING TRUNK QUEUEING.
2. This service cannot be used if the calling station is holding another line.
