GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This service feature works as a TIMED REMINDER. When a D
term
handled call remains on hold
(EXCLUSIVE HOLD or NON-EXCLUSIVE HOLD), STATION CAMP-ON or ringing unanswered for a
fixed interval after being transferred, the D
term
that initiated the hold, transfer, on Camp-On is automati-
cally alerted.

No manual operation is required.
SERVICE CONDITIONS
1. AUTOMATIC RECALL timing is flexible in system programming. AUTOMATIC RECALL timing
is as follows:
a. NON EXCLUSIVE HOLD : 4 to 396 second (Default: 60 - 64)
b. EXCLUSIVE HOLD
: 4 to 396 second (Default: 236 - 240)
c. Transfer Recall
: 4 to 120 second (Default: 24 - 28)
d. Camp-On Recall
: 8 to 128 second (Default: 24 - 32)
2. When the D
term
user reenters a held or transferred call, timing is reset. If the call is returned to a hold
or transfer condition, the timer will restart again.
3. When a held or transferred call returns to the D
term
, a continuous ring of 0.5 seconds on 0.5 seconds off
and an LED green flash of 240 IPM occurs until the call is retrieved. The signal occurs whether the
D
term
is on-hook or off-hook and regardless of whether the D
term
is ring assigned on that line key.
4. When an unattended transfer returns to the originator of the transfer, the LCD displays as follows:
5. This feature is not activated when a D
term
holds the call on NON EXCLUSIVE or EXCLUSIVE
HOLD during a THREE-WAY CALLING. The conference members do not receive hold music, but
can continue talking.
6. AUTOMATIC RECALL will follow any CALL FORWARDING assignment.
