TIMS JOB SPECIFICATIONS
PRINT OPERATIONS
– C6 –
A2C02-10
NOTE 1:
The station group data is assigned by the CMD012, CMD013 and CMD014. You can
assign the sections of the community or department of the organization for each
groups. You may consider the followings for more better customizing when you assign
the group data:
•
If the system is provided multiple numbers of D
term
TIMS Terminals and two of the
TIMS printers, You can specify which printer outputs what large group data. When
the data “1” is assigned by the CMD000>17:
Number 0 Printer maintains the Large Group 300-303.
Number 1 Printer maintains the Large Group 304-307.
•
The printer number is defined by the following data:
CMD001>80/100/120/140=17 (Number 0 printer)
CMD001>80/100/120/140=16 (Number 1 printer)
Beside this, what D
term
TIMS Terminal controls which printer can be assigned
by the CMD035.
•
The CMD012 is also used for the tenant number assignment for the SMDR service.
When the system is not provided SMDR, or it is provided but the tenant number is
not sent to SMDR, you can assign the small group data regardless the tenant num-
ber, however you should think about the future.
NOTE 2:
When the data “1” is assigned on the CMD000>5, the totaled amount data (without in-
dividual Call Record data) can be printed by the following operations:
PRINT + REC + GROUP + 900 + RESET
PRINT + REC + GROUP + 900 + SET
This operation is prepared for the maintenance usage. If a maintenance personnel
needs to get the totaled amount data (with or without clearing the Call Record data),
this operation allows to get it without wasting the printer papers. So you can change
the CMD000>5 data to “1” temporarily, and executes the previous operation. After
printed, the CMD000>5 data must be returned to “0”.
