This feature allows a station user to access an outside destination party in the HOT LINE service.

OPERATING PROCEDURE
To place a HOT LINE - OUTSIDE call using Single Line Telephone:
1. Station-A lifts handset; Station-A hears Ringback Tone.
2. Outside Station-B is rung.
3. Station-B lifts handset; conversation proceeds.
To place a HOT LINE - OUTSIDE call using D

1. Station-A depresses the
BROKERAGE HOT LINE
key.
2. Station-A lifts handset or depresses
Speaker
key; Station-A hears Ringback Tone.
3. Station-B lifts handset; conversation proceeds.
SERVICE CONDITIONS
1. The destination parties for this service use abbreviated call codes prepared in SPEED CALLING-
SYSTEM. Therefore, the number of destination stations is limited by the capacity of SPEED
CALLING-SYSTEM. (Max. 100 stations)
2. Outside connection in BROKERAGE HOT LINE service can be realized.
The LCD indicates:
a. When a station user calls:
Trunk classification such as DDD, Tie, and trunk number.
b. When a station user answers a call:
Time duration, trunk classification, and trunk number.
3. When a station user of BROKERAGE HOT LINE - OUTSIDE is confronted with a situation in which
all trunks are busy or all senders are busy, the station user hears Reorder Tone.

4. The STATION MESSAGE DETAIL RECORDING (SMDR) is available for outgoing calls in the HOT
LINE - OUTSIDE service.
