UNIFORM CALL DISTRIBUTION (UCD) (CONT’D)
SERVICE CONDITIONS (CONT’D)
6. Any station in a UCD group can make itself busy by dialling a Busy Out code (1 to 3 digits) or by
depressing the Busy Out key on a D
term
. When Busy Out is activated, any call targeted at the UCD
group will bypass that station. The station can receive calls directed to its own station number (not the
UCD group number) and can originate calls. Refer to AGENT BUSY OUT - UCD for details.
7. The station can set a Busy Out while idle, or while on an incoming outside call. When that call is com-
pleted, the station is logged off.
8. When the pilot station has set CALL FORWARDING-ALL CALLS, the incoming calls to the UCD
group will be transferred to the destination which is set CALL FORWARDING-ALL CALLS.
9. CALL BACK can be activated by an individual UCD group station toward another stations within the
system. Also, another station user can activate this feature toward an individual UCD group station.
CALL BACK can be activated toward a UCD group number when all the stations and UCD queue are
busy. CALL BACK is set to the controlling station.
l0. UCD pilot number can be used as the destination station of DIRECT-IN TERMINATION (DIT) or
NIGHT CONNECTION.
11. UCD pilot number can be assigned as the destination station of OFF-HOOK ALARM, PRIORITY
CALL, and ATTENDANT NIGHT TRANSFER. Hunting function supersedes UCD.
12. UCD pilot numbers should not be placed in Station Hunting groups. The Station Hunting feature
would take priority over the UCD function.
13. OVERFLOW-UCD service is available, overflow is performed only once.
14. Two types of traffic measurements can be provided for the UCD features.
a. UCD group peg count:
•
Count of incoming calls
•
Count of answered calls
•
Count of abandoned calls
•
Count of waiting calls
•
Count of all busy calls
•
Count of number of times reaches the preassigned queue size
b. UCD station peg count:
•
Count of answered calls
15. Incoming calls will hunt past an agent that failed to log off, if CALL FORWARDING - DON’T
ANSWER (to another UCD number) has been set.
16. If UCD member has set CALL FORWARDING - BUSY LINE/-ALL CALLS, it is skipped in UCD
hunting. However, if the UCD member that has set CALL FORWARDING - BUSY LINE/-ALL
CALLS is called directly by another station, the CALL FORWARDING destination takes effect.
