Assign the attribute data, depending on
the port (Port 0-3) connected to the VMS. (1)

For the Port 1 and Port 3, data speed 9600 bps can not be set.
NOTE 2:
This data should be assigned depending on the attribute of VMS.
NOTE 3:
To send the text to the VMS successively, assign the guard timer.
