GENERAL DESCRIPTION
If a D
term
user makes a call hold operation by depressing
Hold
key while engaging in a trunk call, the
call is held on the
CALL PARK
key on that D
term
.
Since CALL HOLD is also indicated on other D
term
s on which
CALL PARK
key is assigned, the call
on hold can be answered from any of such D
term
s.
STATION APPLICATION
All D
term
s
OPERATING PROCEDURE
To park a call:
1. Depress
Hold
key; receives Dial Tone.
2. The call is held on
CALL PARK
key.
To retrieve a parked call:
1. Depress
CALL PARK
key; the parked call is reconnected.
SERVICE CONDITIONS
1. A maximum of 8 CALL PARK keys can be assigned.
2. CALL PARK keys on the D
term
s within the same one tenant are all connected in multiple.
For example, if a trunk call is held on No. 1 CALL PARK key of a D
term
belonging to a certain tenant,
Call Hold is indicated on No. 1
CALL PARK
key on all the D
term
s within the same tenant.
3. To answer a trunk call on hold on
CALL PARK
key from a single telephone, dial “Call Park Answer
Special Code” +
CALL PARK
Key number.
4. CALL PARK is valid only for a trunk call.
5. A maximum number of 8 calls can be parked simultaneously within the same tenant.
