CALLED NUMBER DISPLAY - ATTENDANT
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This service feature allows called station number display on an Attendant Console when the operator
has answered an incoming call terminated as a result of CALL FORWARDING - ALL CALLS, CALL
FORWARDING - BUSY LINE, CALL FORWARDING - DON’T ANSWER or CALL FORWARDING -
INTERCEPT ANNOUNCEMENT.

OPERATING PROCEDURE
The operator answers an incoming call:
1.
DEST
key lamp lights up.
2. The called station number is displayed.
The operator depresses the
SRC
key:
1.
DEST
key lamp goes out, and
SRC
key lamp lights up.
2. Either the calling party’s trunk number is displayed.
SERVICE CONDITIONS
1. This service is effective when a DID call has been routed to an Attendant as a result of CALL FOR-
WARDING - ALL CALLS, CALL FORWARDING - BUSY LINE, CALL FORWARDING - DON’T
ANSWER or CALL FORWARDING - INTERCEPT ANNOUNCEMENT, and the operator has
answered that call.
2. If the operator depresses the
SRC
key while the called station number is displayed, the operator can
transfer the call to a desired station by keying the destination number on the keypad. In this case, the
called station number of the call being handled at present can be displayed again.
3. While the called station number is displayed, the operator can place the present call on hold by
depressing the
HOLD
key. In this case, the called station number cannot be displayed again when the
operator returns to the call on hold.
4. While the called station number is displayed, the operator can set CALL PARK service. In this case,
the called station number of the call placed on CALL PARK cannot be displayed again.
