GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This service feature permits all calls destined for a particular station to be routed to another station, or
to the Attendant, regardless of the busy or idle status of the called station. Activation and cancellation can
be accomplished by the D

OPERATING PROCEDURE
To set:
1. Lift the handset or press

key; receive Dial Tone.
2. Press the CALL FORWARDING - ALL CALLS (
FWD
) feature key ; receive Special Dial Tone.
3. Dial the desired target station number; receive Service Set Tone.
The LED will light. The LCD displays “
SET xxxx
” (where
xxxx
is Target Station) or “
SET
OPR
” (
OPR
means Operator)
4. Replace the handset or press
Speaker
key.
To cancel:
1. Lift the handset or press
Speaker
key; receive Dial Tone.
2. Press
FWD
feature key. The LCD displays “
CF ALL xxxx
”
3. Dial ‘
*
’; receive Service Set Tone.
The LED of the associated feature key will go out. The LCD displays “
CANCEL
”
4. Replace the handset or press
Speaker
key.
