SPLIT CALL FORWARDING - BUSY LINE
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This feature allows internal calls and external calls to a busy station to be rerouted to different destina-
tions individually. Destinations may be an another station, Attendant Console, or Voice Mail.

All stations
OPERATING PROCEDURE
To activate SPLIT CALL FORWARDING feature, both SPLIT CALL FORWARDING and CALL FOR-
WARDING settings are required.
For CALL FORWARDING setting, refer to CALL FORWARDING - BUSY LINE feature.

with an LCD:
To set SPLIT CALL FORWARDING - BUSY LINE:
1. Lift the handset or press
Speaker
key; receive Dial Tone.
2. Press the SPLIT CALL FORWARDING - BUSY LINE feature access key; receive Special
Dial Tone.
3. Dial the desired destination number (0-9); receive Service Set Tone.

3 : (Block No.3)
4 : (Block No.4)

7 : Target Station for SPLIT CALL FORWARDING - BUSY LINE (Block No.7)
8 : Target Station for CALL FORWARDING - BUSY LINE
9 : SPEED CALLING - STATION
Note: Destination No. 0-7 is pre-assigned in system programming.
The LCD displays “
SET xxxx
” or “
SET OPR
” (where
xxxx
is Target Station and OPR means
Operator)
The LED of the associated feature button lights.
4. Replace the handset or press
Speaker
key.
To cancel SPLIT CALL FORWARDING - BUSY LINE:
1. Lift the handset or press

key; receive Dial Tone.
2. Press the SPLIT CALL FORWARDING - BUSY LINE feature access key; receive Special
Dial Tone. Press the

key; receive Service Set Tone. The LCD displays “
CANCEL
” and the
associated LED goes off.
3. Replace the handset or press
Speaker
key.
