Since the D

TIMS provides a wide variety of operations, you should make sure the followings.
• Which stations can be applied the TIMS feature?
• What kind of print format to be applied?
• What kind of billing data is stored in the AP memories?
• When the data stored in the AP memories are cleared
(by what operation)?
• Is the TIMS optional print required?
For print out operation of TIMS, data setting of CMD003>23, 28, 30 and CMD102 are required.
For the programming, refer to “CALL INFORMATION (CIS)” of Chapter 1.
PRINT OPERATIONS
Target Stations
The TIMS allows the system to create the billing text when a station make a trunk outgoing call.
The TIMS feature covers the calls originated from a local stations or an ATTCON(s). But the ex-
ception is the “Administration Class” stations.

The CMD016>XX45 designates the station class.
Call Record and Totaled Bill
There are two kinds of billing text format, the “Call Record” and the “Totaled Bill”. See Example
1 and Example 2 as Call Record and Totaled Bill for individual station.
The Call Record and Totaled Bill contains the data component as shown below. The AP deals
each data component as a unit, and it is printed out, displayed, or saved.
(1) Call Record
The Call Record text contains the followings:
• Calling station number
• Dialed number

• Call start time and the call duration
NOTE 2
• The call charge calculated in the AP
NOTE 3
• Condition code (See Table on next page.)
The “Call Record Serial Number”, “Account Code” and “Authorization Code” can also be printed
with a Call Record text.
