CALL PARK - TENANT
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This service feature enables station users to “PARK” calls on designated PARK extensions, so that they
can be easily retrieved from any station within the same tenant.

OPERATING PROCEDURE
To park a call:
From a D
term
:
1. Depress the
Transfer
key; receive Special Dial Tone.
2. Dial CALL PARK code.
3. Dial PARK No. (1-8); receive Service Set Tone.
(If PARK No. is busy; receive Busy Tone
Dial another PARK No.; receive Service Set Tone)
4. Replace handset.
From a Single Line Telephone:
1. Momentarily the hookswitch; receive Special Dial Tone.
2. Dial CALL PARK code; No tone.
3. Dial PARK No. (1-8); receive Service Set Tone.
(If PARK No. is busy; receive Busy Tone)
4. Replace handset.
To retrieve a parked call:
1. Lift handset; receive Dial Tone.
2. Dial CALL PARK retrival code; receive Special Dial Tone.
3. Dial PARK No. which parked the call; parked call is then reconnected.
SERVICE CONDITIONS
1. CALL PARK is valid only for a trunk call.
2. A maximum of 8 calls can be parked within the same tenant.
3. Stations can originate and receive calls while having a call parked.
4. If a parked call remains unanswered for 60 seconds, the station that has activated the CALL PARK is
re-rung.
5. Only stations can be set or retrieve CALL PARK - TENANT operation.
